vegetarian steak tartare
Ingredients

300g chopped vegetarian steak or ground vegetarian meat
1 egg
salt pepper
sprigs of chive
1 tablespoon ketchup
MORE INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon chopped pickle
lettuce
pickles
capers
1/4 tablespoon chopped celery
HOW TO MAKE:
Finely cut chive. Mix vegetarian steak or ground vegetarian beef, egg,salt, pepper,celery, chive, ketchup, chopped pickle. Make an oval flat ball and place it on a plate.Garnish with lettuce pickle and press capers in the outside of vegetarian steak tartare. Happy vegetarian steak!
