latin spanish vegetarian meatballs
Ingredients

100g Gruyere
1 paprika
10 olives
400g ground vegetarian meat
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 tablespoon chopped celery
MORE INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
salt pepper
2 tablespoons lemmon
4 slices vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute
HOW TO MAKE:
Cut Gruyere in little pieces just like the cleaned and seeded paprika.Finely cut olives. Mix Gruyere, paprika ,olives, ground vegetarian meat, breadcrumbs, egg, milk,salt,celery, pepper and lemmon and thoroughly into mixture. Divide into 4 portions. Shape portions into croquettes; wrap around them a slice of vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute.Fry vegetarian meat in closed pan for about 10 minutes.Let simmer.Serve with baguette. Enjoy!
