vegetarian beef bam
Ingredients

400g ground vegetarian meat
salt pepper
4 tablespoons butter
4 eggs
1 tablespoon chopped celery
MORE INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
HOW TO MAKE:
Mix vegetarian meat with salt ,celery, parsley, pepper make 4 cookies quickly fry them over. Make a hole in center of stakes and break an egg into it.Put lid on the pan and let egg get harder .Sprinkle parsley over it. Serve with fried potatoes. Bon appetit!
Fry vegetarian meat in oil lightbrown.Cut onion,parsley, potatoes, zuchini, 1/2 celeriac and fry along. After 10 minutes add water. When boiling; add rice and spices.Put a lid on the pan and cook rice till done in about 8 minutes. Mix everything well and sprinkle with grated Parmezan. Enjoy!
