Filled vegetarian Schnitzel s
Ingredients

400g ground vegetarian meat
salt white pepper
fresh black pepper from mill
4 slices of cheese if desired
2 beaten eggs
MORE INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
HOW TO MAKE:
Mix vegetarian meat salt,parsley, white pepper and form 8 flat and long thin burgers. Put cheese on burger. On top of cheese another burger.Press the sides so cheese wont show anymore. Take vegetarian Schnitzel s through egg and breadcrumbs press them good in vegetarian meat mixture. Fry them over medium heat till done and brown.Serve with mashed potato or bread.Happy meal. Enjoy!
