vegetarian meatpudding
Ingredients

500g ground vegetarian meat
3 eggs
4 slices vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute
1/4 cup milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
MORE INGREDIENTS:
lemmonjuice
salt pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoons butter
pinch of cumin
HOW TO MAKE:
Cut vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute finely, add with cumin to vegetarian meat; whip eggwhites stiff and mix this with other ingredients through vegetarian meat. Bring the vegetarian meat mixture to a greased oven dish dont press it. Put dish or form in a pan with 3L water in a pre heated oven over medium heat (350F). Tastes good with champignon in creamsauce.Lovely. Enjoy!
