Ingredients

500g ground potatoes
500 g cale
1cup bouillon cubes
salt pepper
400g ground vegetarian beef
MORE INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 tablespoon chopped celery
HOW TO MAKE:
Cook potatoes and kale with salt and pepper , parsley,celery in stock for about 30-40 minutes. Knead vegetarian beef to 4 balls and fry them in 2 spoons oil evenly brown and done. Put them on dish of mashed kale and potatoes together.Serve with fat vegetarian wurst. Great for winter and summer: Enjoy!
