Ingredients

750g ground vegetarian meat
salt pepper
50g abricuts
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons lemmon juice
pinch of cumin
MORE INGREDIENTS:
1 teaspoon parsely
2 slices bread
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon chopped celery
HOW TO MAKE:
Cut abricuts; first soak them if needed. Make breadcrumbs; let them soak in milk 30 minutes. Knead all ingredients and make balls.Fry them golden brown on every side add 1 cup water; let simmer for an hour.Serve with hot spicy rice and other vegetarian meats. Enjoy!
