Ingredients

1/2 cup rice
300g ground vegetarian meat
2 tablespoons parsley
8 firm tomatoes
100g Gruyere
MORE INGREDIENTS:
salt pepper
50g grated cheese
pinch of basilicum
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
HOW TO MAKE:
Make rice.Cut top of tomatoes; get insideout.Fry vegetarian meat; keep loose; mix with totmato pulp,parsley, Gruyere spices and rice. Fil tomatoes with filling and sprinkle cheese over.Set tomatoes side by side in oven dish for 20 minutes in rather hot oven 375F.Bon appetit!
