HOW TO MAKE: | Fry vegetarian meat; keep loose.Add onion, celery and other herbs and spices . Fry for a few minutes. Add bouillon and rice;stir a little . Put lid on it and let simmer till done in 25 minutes. Taste rice and dont use the quick boiling "5" minutes version. Stir in some parsley and sprinkle with paprika powder. Bon appetit!
