Rhinevegetarian steaks
Ingredients

400g ground vegetarian meat
salt
250g sauerkraut
4 junipers
1 teaspoon cumin
MORE INGREDIENTS:
4 tablespoons white wine
1 teaspoon black pepper
8 slices (thin) vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley
HOW TO MAKE:
Cook sauerkraut and junipers.No longer than 25 minutes. Mix vegetarian meat with salt & pepper, parsley and make 4 vegetarian meat cookies. Bake them on 1 side ;On that side put some sauerkraut and wrap around some slices of thin cut vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute. Fry vegetarian steakes in butter golden brown. Bon appetit!
