400g vegetarian steak tartare
salt
1 tablespoon sherry
some drops Maggi aroma
4 tablespoons butter
MORE INGREDIENTS:
1 teaspoon fresh black pepper
1/2 teaspoon parsley
4 slices of bread
1 tablespoon butter
10 radishes
HOW TO MAKE:
Mix vegetarian steak with salt, sherry, pepper, parsley, Maggi aroma and make 4 flat pieces. Keep them warm. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to baking butter and fry bread slices. Put vegetarian steakes on bread, garnish with radishes. Bon appetit!
