Fruity vegetarian steak
Ingredients

500g ground vegetarian meat
salt pepper
1 tablespoon rusk
1 tablespoon milk
1 egg
MORE INGREDIENTS:
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoons mustard
2 grapes peeled
1 cup water
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
HOW TO MAKE:
Mix vegetarian meat with parsley, salt, pepper, rusk, milk, egg. Form 4 flat balls;heat over high heat; quicly fry them.Mustard on both sides. Cut grapes in half;add them to butter. After a few minutes, add water and let balls simmer till done. Dont let the amount of mustard scare you.Fine with mashed potatoes. Bon appetit!
