Bitterballs
Ingredients

salt pepper
300g ground vegetarian meat
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup cream
MORE INGREDIENTS:
pinch nutmeg
oil
1 tablespoon chopped celery
HOW TO MAKE:
Whip cream stiff no sugar.Mix vegetarian meat, celery, onion, flour, cream, nutmeg.Lightly stir in cream. Make little balls with spoon.Put them in fridge for 2 hours.Fry them in oil golden brown. Serve with mustard. Happy snack!
