Bitterballs
Ingredients

1 onion chopped
300g ground vegetarian meat
1 teaspoon curry
2 tablespoons rusk crumbs
50g parmezan
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon chopped celery
MORE INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons worcestershiresaus
1 teaspoon ketchup
1 tablespoon milk
1 egg
salt pepper
HOW TO MAKE:
Mix everything except flour. Roll them through flour. Fry them in oil golden brown. Serve with fries,bread or just on a plate with a toothpickin them and mustard. Have fun!
