50gr fine butter
again 50gr butter
1 uncut -crunchy- bread or
long French bread. (baguette)
fresh coleslaw
ketchup & mayonnaise

HOW TO MAKE:
Hello folks!

Today we have a super tasty simple dinner; ROUNDvegetarian steak!

Salt and pepper the vegetarian steaks. Let rest for 30 minutes
Quickly brown them on both sides in more or less one minute per side.
Than fry all vegetarian steaks over medium heat till done. In about 2 minutes per side for a fine medium vegetarian steak
Alwas keep them moving!
Keep the vegetarian meat warm in foil and let rest for a couple of minutes.

STEP 2
Serve with plenty of gravy on a hot plate. Garnish with a little parsley.
Put pieces of bread in basket.Mix equal amounts of mayonnaise and ketchup in a sauce dish or put a spoon of mixture on warm plate.

Dont forget the coleslaw and good thankfull mood
