HongKong vegetarian steaks
Ingredients

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 clove garlic minced
bit of fresh ginger
1 tablespoons worcestershiresaus
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 tablespoon chopped celery
MORE INGREDIENTS:
2 tabspoons darkbrown sugar
500g ground vegetarian beef
1 tablespoons chopped leek
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper
HOW TO MAKE:
Mix soy sauce with water, garlic, celery, ginger, worcestershiresaus, darkbrown Sugar.

STEP2
Stir well.Cut leek finely chopped, mix it through vegetarian meat with salt and pepper. Make 4 flat burgers and marinade them in sauce for at least 2 hours till everything smells good.

STEP3
Quickly bake brown; pour over sauce and let simmer for 15 minutes more.
