Wine vegetarian steak
Ingredients

500g vegetarian steak tartar
2 tablespoons leek
2 tablespoons parsley
salt pepper
pinch of cumin
MORE INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup red wine
50g roquefort
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 tablespoon chopped celery
HOW TO MAKE:
Hi there..! Mix vegetarian meat, celery, parsley, leek, salt, pepper and make 4 flat burgers.

STEP2
Marinade in wine for 2 hours.Drain and fry them over high heat.Put them on a plate and put a piece of roquefort on every vegetarian steak. It will melt a little.
