vegetarian steak pineapple
Ingredients

500g ground vegetarian beef
1/2 teaspoon salt pepper
1 tablespoons applesauce
2 tablespoons oil
sauce:
MORE INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons dark sugar
3 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon mustardpowder
1 tin pineapple
A hot pepper to your taste.
We prefer a
pepper named Jeanette
HOW TO MAKE:
Mix vegetarian steaks (4) with salt, pepper, applesauce; fry brown on both sides.

STEP2
Mix sugar, vinegar, celery, mustard powder and pineapple juice;add pieces of pineapple. Stir sauce through cooking butter and let mixture get hot.

Put vegetarian steaks on a plate and pour sauce over it.
