HUNGARIAN BURGER
Ingredients

500g ground vegetarian beef
tablespoon paprika powder
1 carrot finely chopped
salt pepper
2 tablespoons chopped onion
MORE INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon celery
6 rolls
HOW TO MAKE:
Hi folks!

First we cut the red paprika and onion in slices. Put those in a small bowl with plenty of water. Set in microwave for 5 minutes or until a little soft.

STEP 2
Mix all ingredients. Butter the rolls. Make vegetarian hamburgers (flatten balls)and fry them till light brown but not done yet; about 3- 5 minutes.
Dont work them too much with your spatula; leave what is tasty INSIDE the burger.
Add paprika mix for a minute. Put paprika mix on vegetarian meat and vegetarian hamburgers hot on rolls.

STEP 3
Serve with tomato, (fried) onions,cucumber and(red) sauces.
