Italian burger
Ingredients

500g ground vegetarian beef
1/2 cup parmazan cheese
1 clove garlic
salt pepper
2 tablespoons chopped onion
MORE INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon celery
cheese if desired
6 rolls
teaspoon italian
seasoning
HOW TO MAKE:
Mix all ingredients. Butter the rolls. Make burgers .
Fry them till light brown not done yet. Put burgers hot on rolls; sprinkle one leaf little fine chopped celery over it.

STEP 2
Serve with cheese, tomato, (fried) onions, red sauces.

TIP:
Replace sauce by warm aubergine/tomato mix.
