"Dutch" vegetarian meatball
Ingredients

500g ground vegetarian beef
few drops og Maggi
salt pepper
1 tablespoons chopped onion
1 egg
MORE INGREDIENTS:
pinch nutmegg
1 white sandwich
little bit of milk
HOW TO MAKE:
Hello folks.

Today an old recipe
First soak the bread in a LITTLE bit of milk.

Mix all ingredients. You can mix in some rusk and/or use it to roll vegetarian meatballs through. Use some flower if the ball is to soft.

STEP2
Fry the vegetarian meatball over medium hot nice evenly brown. Add some water and let balls simmer till done in about 40 minutes.

Serve with potatoes and the vegetables you (and the kids) like.
