vegetarian meatloaf glace
Ingredients

1 cup vegetable juice
3 slices fresh bread
3 eggs
salt pepper
1 tablespoons chopped onion
pinch cayenne
2 tabspoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoons water
drops of Maggi
1 tablespoon chopped celery
MORE INGREDIENTS:
750 gr ground vegetarian meat
250 g vegetarian ham or meat substitute
4 tablespoons dark sugar
4 teaspoon lemmon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
HOW TO MAKE:
Warm juice in pan;put in crumbled bread and stir or whip till cooled down. Add eggs; keep stirring.Add salt, pepper, onion, celery. Knead mixture through vegetarian meat that also contains the vegetarian ham or meat substitute. Give the whole idea a bread shape. Mix vinegar, sugar, mustardpowder, cayenne, worcestershire sauce, drops of Maggi and water; Pour this in cake mold.Put vegetarian meatloaf in it and place in 375F pre-heated hot oven. Get vegetarian meatloaf out; place on a fire-proof plate and put in oven for another 30 minutes .Lets eat!
