4 paprikas
250 g ground vegetarian beef
1/2 cup boiled rice
1tablespoon parsley
8 green olives
4 olives
pinch of nutmeg
pinch coriander

4 tablespoons butter
2 rusks
HOW TO MAKE:
Hello folks!

Here a healthy paprika recipe.
Cut top and bottom of paprika; cut in 3 rings. Fry onion yellow. Mix vegetarian beef, rice , onions, olives, rusks, salt, pepper, nutmeg, coriander an egg. Put paprika slices in ovendish.

STEP2
Fill rings with vegetarian meat; sprinkle rusk crumbs over it and place in the middle of each paprika an olive!
Serve with your favorite pasta dish or with rice in bouillon and a tasty tomato - aubergine mix a la provencale.
