Spaghetti dish
Ingredients

600g ground vegetarian beef
400g spaghetti
nutmeg
100g Gruyere
50g butter
thyme
laurel
breadcrumbs
egg
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
MORE INGREDIENTS:
300g carrots
2 onions
bit of celery
1 red pepper
1 leek
HOW TO MAKE:
Cut carrots, onion, leek, celery in little cubes & red pepper in slices. Cook in water with a twig of thyme and laurel. Mix vegetarian meat with breadcrumbs, egg, nutmeg, parsley, salt and pepper ;

STEP2
Make little balls; let them boil with veggies. When vegetables and balls are ready, get them out and cook spaghetti in bouillon. Make sure there is enough water, add stock cube if necessary.

STEP3
Mix everything in oven dish. Sprinkle a good topping of Gruyere. Sprinke some breadcrumbs and add a few parts of butter; put in oven for 10 minutes.
