Simple French farmer soup
Ingredients

200g ground vegetarian beef
200g poulet
celery
leek
carrot
2 cloves
pepper salt
bouquet garni
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

onion
4 potatoes
a few sprouts
bay leaf
sprig thyme

Great stuff after a hard days work.. Supersoup!

Supersoup: make vegetarian meatballs from ground vegetarian beef; add some parsley, salt and pepper. Simmer soup poulet and vegetarian meatballs in bouillon in 2 litres of water or ready made bouillon for 2 hours with a vegetable bouquet. Cut all vegetables in cubes and shortly fry in butter.

STEP2
When poulet is done remove from pan with the bouquet garni. Add vegetables and potato cubes to bouillon. Let all ingredients simmer for 20 minutes till done. Cut poulet or vegetarian meat in pieces and add to soup. Serve with fresh baked bread.
