Archiduc (Deaf bird)
Ingredients

salt pepper
250g ground vegetarian beef
teaspoon vinegar
nutmeg
1clove garlic
1 tablespoon chopped celery
MORE INGREDIENTS:
thin sliced vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute
1/2 teaspoon majoram
champignons
cream
cognac or vieux if desired
HOW TO MAKE:
Spice vegetarian beef with salt, pepper, celery, nutmeg, garlic, teaspoon vinegar,majoram. Make little sausages but rather thick 2 inch long max. wrap around 1or 2 slices of vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute till all vegetarian meat is covered. Fry in pan till nice brown on all sides for 10 minutes.Remove vegetarian meat from skillet; fry mushrooms, add cream and add some cognac or vieux if desired to. Give the cream sauce a spicy taste. Enjoy!
