Roll a la Grand-Mere
Ingredients

salt pepper
250g ground vegetarian beef
teaspoon vinegar
nutmeg
1clove garlic
little champignons cut in 4
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
MORE INGREDIENTS:
thin sliced vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute
1/2 teaspoon majoram
100g vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitutecubes
glass of red wine
little onions from pot
HOW TO MAKE:
Spice vegetarian beef with salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic, parsley, teaspoon vinegar,majoram. Make little sausages but rather thick 2 inch long max. Wrap around 1 or 2 slices of vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute till all vegetarian meat is covered. Fry in pan till nice brown on all sides. Add vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute cubes. Deglaze with wine, champignons and onions. Let simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes till done. Enjoy!
