| 1 egg beaten |
| 1/2 teaspoon coriander |
| 60g flour |
| 2 tablespoons oil |

| HOW TO MAKE: | vegetarian meat crumbs, nuts, egg and spices; mix well in a bowl. Make a ball out of 1 tablespoon of mixture ;roll through flour. Heat oil in heavy pan. Fry little balls in oil and drain on paper toweling. Serve as snack; garnish with lemmon slices or with salad. Enjoy!
