Egg dish with vegetarian ham or meat substitute and tomatoes
Ingredients

6 slices of vegetarian ham or meat substitute
6 tomatoes
6 eggs
12 tablespoons cream
100g Gruyere butter
cup of ground vegetarian beef
4-5 big champignons
pinch of cumin

A tasty & good sandwich
Spice vegetarian beef with salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic, cumin, parsley. Fry ground vegetarian beef with champignons in ten minutes over medium heat till done. Set aside. Shortly bake vegetarian ham or meat substitute till little brown here and there.

STEP2
Wrap slices of vegetarian ham or meat substitute around vegetarian meat and put them in a flat oven dish. Put tomatoes shortly in boiling water, peel en seed them and cut in slices and fry them in same butter then put on top of vegetarian ham or meat substitute rolls. Break eggs over tomatoes add pepper, salt and spoon some cream over it.
Cover all with layer of cheese, some chunks of butter here and there. Place in oven; medium hot, for about 15-20 minutes.
