spanish vegetarian hamburger
Ingredients

500g ground vegetarian meat
250g vegetarian ham or meat substitute
1 teaspoon ve-tsin
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons chopped onion
pinch clove
1/4 cup sherry
1 cup bouillon
1 tablespoon parsley
8 rolls
pinch of cumin
MORE INGREDIENTS:
1 paprika
4 tomatoes
salt pepper
pinch basil
2 tablespoons paprika powder

Finely cut the vegetarian ham or meat substitute; mix with cumin, ve-tsin and vegetarian meat. Fry mixture in butter use forks to keep it loose. Add onion, paprika; let simmer for a few minutes.Than add tomatoes,salt, pepper, basil ,paprikapowder ,clove.

Add flower mix and add bouillon.Let simmer for 30 minutes.Let sherry simmer along for the last 5 minutes and put mixture on bread rolls.Sprinkle over some parsley.
