vegetarian beef oysters
Ingredients

3 eggs
250g ground vegetarian beef
1 teaspoon salt
bit of pepper
pinch baking powder
MORE INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons chopped onion
chilisauce
1 tablespoon chopped celery
HOW TO MAKE:
Beat eggyolks softly mix them through vegetarian meat with salt, pepper, celery, bakingpowder and chopped onion. Beat eggwhites stiff and carefully mix through vegetarian meat. With a spoon form "oisters" of vegetarian meat and put them on grill or in hot skillet and bake them till spungy on top and brown on bottom. Serve them immediately or keep warm and serve on plate garnished with tomato slices and radishes and little cup with (hot) red sauce. Enjoy!
