Ingredients

1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1/8 teaspoon chinese powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon coriander
1/2 tablespoon parsley
SAUCE:
2 dl water
3 tablespoons tomatopaste
1tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons flour
salt
MORE INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
salt
pepper
500 g ground vegetarian beef
pepper
HOW TO MAKE:
Mix onion with minced garlic, sherry, brown chinese powder, coriander, parsely, soy sauce, oil, sugar and some salt and pepper to own taste.Stir well. Sprinkle a bit over vegetarian meat ,mix well. Not too wet Bake vegetarian meat in little balls with salt pepper teaspoon coriander 20 minutes . Put rest of mixture in pan Make sauce; put water, vinegar, tomatopaste and sugar in pan. Heat over medium heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low put a lid on the pan and let simmer/boil for 10 minutes. Mix flour with water and thicken the sauce.Add some salt and pepper. Serve with sauce and rice. Enjoy
