Chili barbecued vegetarian beef
Ingredients

3 tablespoons, ground seeded,dried pasila chili's
1 teaspoon coarse or kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
refried black beans if desired
MORE INGREDIENTS:
3 cloves garlic minced
2 pounds ground vegetarian beef
shredded romain lettuce
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
radishes and or radish slices
HOW TO MAKE:
Mix chili's,salt and cumin in small bowl. Stir in oil and lime juice to make a smooth paste. Stir in garlic.

STEP 2
Bake vegetarian meat for 15 minutes.Put in grill for 5 minutes with chili paste on top Serve garnished with chopped parsley, lettuce and radishes,accompanied by refried Black Beans.
