Nigerian dish
Ingredients

2 lb ground vegetarian beef
1 medium red onion cut into chunks
1 tablespoon sea salt
2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoon ginger paste
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chopped celery
MORE INGREDIENTS:
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
0.5 teaspoon paprika powder
0.5 cup of vegetable broth
HOW TO MAKE:
Place a deep pot over medium heat and add vegetarian beef. Add remaining ingredient, less oil (onions, salt, garlic, ginger, celery,bay leaf, rosemary, black pepper, paprika and broth). Cook for 30 minutes, stirring the mixture every 10 minutes. Drain cooked vegetarian beef mixture in colander. Collected broth can be reused for other recipes that require vegetarian beef broth. Add enough vegetable oil for deep frying to a deep skillet. Place over high heat for about 2 minutes. Place boiled vegetarian beef cubes into skillet and fry for about 2 minutes. Remove fried vegetarian beef from heat and drain on baking paper.Enjoy!
