Ingredients

1 lbs ground vegetarian beef
1/4 cup onion rings
1 cups soft breadcrumbs
1 eggs
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
MORE INGREDIENTS:
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons margarine
2 ounces apricot preserves.If desired.
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
black pepper to taste
HOW TO MAKE:
3-4 pers.

Combine vegetarian meat, crumbs, egg, pepper and salt; mix lightly. Shape into approximately 8 little vegetarian meatballs.

STEP 2:
Put balls in margarine and add onion slices till brown;Drain but leave some of that gravy! Place in casserole dish.

STEP 3:
Combine preserves,gravy and barbecue sauce; pour over vegetarian meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with a rich, fresh salad and fried french pommes. (little round potatoes)
