Veggie balls
Ingredients

4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope Onion Soup Mix
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup dry Italian style breadcrumbs
MORE INGREDIENTS:
2 (1 1/4 ounce) envelopes vegetarian broth
1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 (italian) seasoning
2 crumbled pre-made veggie burgers.
Try not to mix in vegetarian beef even
when you think wallnuts suck for balls.
HOW TO MAKE:
3-4 pers.
Mix ingredients together. Let stand for one hour. Form into 1-1/4 inch balls and place on baking sheet sprayed with oil. Bake in 400 degree oven until brown, about 20 minutes.

STEP 2:
Place vegetarian meatballs in casserole and cover with 2-3 cups boiling water and 2-3 cubes or envelopes vegetarian brown broth. vegetarian meatballs should be within 1/2 inch of being covered with liquid.

STEP 3:
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Or vegetarian meatballs may be prepared in a crockpot on high setting for 1 hour.

Serve with simple & tasty salad
Mix 1/2 cucumber (slices) with thinly cut bits of 1/6 sweet apple,honey-mustard dressing and some mayonnaise.Sprinkle over garlic powder,pepper, salt and dried thyme.Mix well and serve cool. Super!
