Ingredients
1/5 cup sugar
2 tablespoons tomatopaste
3/4 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons milk
3 eggs
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons finely crushed rusk crumbs
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 5×9 inch loaf pan. Press the brown sugar in the bottom of the prepared loaf pan and spread the tomatopaste over the sugar. In a mixing bowl, mix thoroughly all remaining ingredients and shape into a loaf. Place on top of the tomatopaste.Enjoy!
