Steak tartare de luxe (O´Hanlon)

Ingredients
300g chopped steak or ground meat
12 walnuts
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon sherry
salt pepper
fresh pepper from mill
lettuce
walnuts to garnish
1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley
Chop walnuts and fry them shortly over low heat. Mix steak or ground meat , walnuts,sherry,parsley,salt, pepper. Make an oval flat ball and place it on a plate.Garnish with lettuce and walnuts. Enjoy!
