Ingredients
2 tablespoons worcestershiresauce
300g ground beef
salt
fresh pepper from mill
1 tablespoon bouillon crumbs
1 chopped onion
1 egg
pinch nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Mix everything well.Make 4 straight burgers.Sprinkle well with fresh pepper. Carefully turn around as you fry them.Tastes good with baquette and lettuce .Happy snack!
