Ingredients
400g ground meat or steak tartare
2 eggyolks beaten
1 onion chopped
1 boiled potatoe
1 tablespoon capers
salt pepper
10 slices of bread
4 tablespoons butter
pinch of cumin
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Mix meat or steak tartare with; eggyolks, parsley,onion, chopped potatoe, capers, salt, pepper. Let stand for 20 minutes.Put bread slices -butterd side down- in frying pan; till goldenbrown. Put meat mixture on clean side of bread which you than turn around and fry in pan with 4 tablespoons butter over high heat. Happy snack!
