500g ground beef

75g butter
1 peeled onion
1 garlic minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
Mix 500g ground beef, nutmeg, bread slice , cumin, 1 egg,salt, pepper,Maggi. Make balls and cook those over medium heat till almost done in 10 minutes. Fry onion and garlic for 3 minutes in meatball butter. Add tomatopaste, water, cube of sugar and chopped celery and parsely. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes till sauce has thickened to taste.Enjoy!
