500g ground meat
salt pepper
1/4 cup of flour
6 hard boiled eggs
1 raw egg
1 cup breadcrumbs
oil
1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 tablespoon chopped celery
Knead meat, salt, pepper, parsley,celery, flour firmly. Peel eggs and make a ball of meat around every egg ; roll balls through egg and breadcrumbs. Fry balls goldenbrown.Cut them in two and place them cutting edge down. Enjoy!
