1 peeled chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon laos
300g ground meat
100g green beans
1 chopped green paprika
1 diced eggplant
200 g cabbage
1 green pepper
1 1/4 cup water
bit of coconut if desired
nutmeg
2 crushed kemiri or walnuts
1/2 teaspoon sambal
salt
2 tablespoons oil
Mash onion, garlic, coriander, nuts and sambal softly; fry for 2 minutes; salt, pepper, a pinch of nutmeg; mix with meat. Put in same skillet.Stir till brown for 10 minutes. Add beans paprika,eggplant, cabbage, pepper and water.Heat over high heat to boiling. Throw in little piece of coconut if desired. Lower temperature; let stand for 15 minutes till just soft. Add in some extra salt and pepper. Enjoy!
