Ingredients
salt pepper
250g ground beef
teaspoon vinegar
nutmeg
1clove garlic
little champignons cut in 4
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
thin sliced bacon
1/2 teaspoon majoram
100g baconcubes
glass of red wine
little onions from pot
Spice beef with salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic, parsley, teaspoon vinegar,majoram. Make little sausages but rather thick 2 inch long max. Wrap around 1 or 2 slices of bacon till all meat is covered. Fry in pan till nice brown on all sides. Add bacon cubes. Deglaze with wine, champignons and onions. Let simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes till done. Enjoy!
