250g green beans
250g chopped white cabbage
200g tauge
salt
coriander
1 tablespoon chopped celery
500 g ground beef
salt
pepper
3 cloves garlic
pinch of ginger
Mix garlic, ginger, salt, pepper and coriander with beef. Make balls; cook for 12 minutes till done. Set aside, keep warm. Put green beans and cabbage with some salt in pan.When boiling , reduce heat; let simmer for 7 minutes.Add tauge last minute. Drain vegetables en let stand to cool down. Make sauce; mash onion, garlic, pieces red pepper and salt. Heat oil and fry softly the onion and other mashed ingredients. Add peanutbutter, soy sauce, lemonjuice, brown sugar, water and a bit of coconut; if desired. Stir sauce till it boils, add meatballs reduce heat and let simmer for 3 minutes. Good with bread, rice or french fries. Enjoy!
