Ingredients

1/2 cup of ground beef
salt pepper
1/2 tablespoon parsely
1/2 teaspoon dried majoram
80 g butter
nutmeg
4 eggs
80g parmezan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Spice beef with salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic, parsely and majoram bake ground beef in ten minutes over medium heat till done. Stir butter to cream and add one by one stirring the eggyolks, salt, pepper, grated cheese and nutmeg. Beat eggwhites stiff and mix with cheese butter.
STEP2
Add meat and mix well. Use 2 spoons to make little balls. Quickly fry them. To serve on lettuce with parsely. Enjoy!

TIP:
easy croquettes
Shop:get a can of good thick ragout. Refrigerate for a while. Take your ‘bitterbal’ or croquette and take it through crumbs, eggyolk & crumbs again. fry for 3-4 minutes.
Serve with bread and mustard.
