2 lb ground beef
1 medium red onion cut into chunks
1 tablespoon sea salt
2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoon ginger paste
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chopped celery
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
0.5 teaspoon paprika powder
0.5 cup of vegetable broth
Place a deep pot over medium heat and add beef. Add remaining ingredient, less oil (onions, salt, garlic, ginger, celery,bay leaf, rosemary, black pepper, paprika and broth). Cook for 30 minutes, stirring the mixture every 10 minutes. Drain cooked beef mixture in colander. Collected broth can be reused for other recipes that require beef broth. Add enough vegetable oil for deep frying to a deep skillet. Place over high heat for about 2 minutes. Place boiled beef cubes into skillet and fry for about 2 minutes. Remove fried beef from heat and drain on baking paper.Enjoy!
