Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground meat
1 chopped onion
salt pepper
1/4 cup flour
2 cup milk
pinch cinnemon
1 tablespoon chopped celery
1 egg beaten
2 cup breadcrumbs
some drops Maggi
1 teaspoon paprika powder
pinch nutmeg
Grease an oven dish ;sprinkle with paprika powder. Mix egg with mea,t flour and milk keep stirring. Add onion,breadcrumb, salt, pepper, celery, aroma, nutmeg and cinnamon.Mix all well. Put in oven dish.Put this in a pan of hot water place in medium heated oven for an hour. Garnish with slices of carrot and parsley. Enjoy!
