500g ground meat

4 slices bacon

1 cup breadcrumbs
lemmonjuice
salt pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoons butter
pinch of cumin
Cut bacon finely, add with cumin to meat; whip eggwhites stiff and mix this with other ingredients through meat. Bring the meat mixture to a greased oven dish dont press it. Put dish or form in a pan with 3L water in a pre heated oven over medium heat (350F). Tastes good with champignon in creamsauce.Lovely. Enjoy!
