3 slices thin bacon
500g ground meat
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon chopped leek
salt pepper
5 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup bread crumbs
good pinch nutmeg
drops of Maggi
6 slices white bread
1/4 cup milk
2 beaten eggs
Cut bacon in pieces and fry them in skillet.Remove them from skillet. Soak bread in milk; mix it through meat; mix in egg as well add parsley, Maggi, chopped leek,salt, pepper. Make balls . Fry balls for 40 minutes in butter till brown .Fry breadcrumbs goldenbrown. Sprinke breadcrumbs over meat and add the pieces of bacon on top. Enjoy!
